Directly south after crossing the lake, Årsunda is located. Here you can take a bath and relax at the beach, and cycle to historic burial grounds. From Årsunda you can cycle for example the forest and mining trip of 28 km. Along the route you will see, among other things, Kaptensgruvan, Sågmursgruvorna, and Lisselåsklack nature reserve with a cobblestone field.
From Årsunda you can also continue west and cycle the Hammarby route.
