Each bike rental includes locks. Most of our destinations offer rental of helmets and rep.kit. Please click on "search" for all products for a specifik destination.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Cancellation must take place at least 48 hours before the agreed upon booked time. If you wish to cancel please follow the cancellation link found in the order confirmation email we sent you.
How long can I rent a bike?
You can book from 1 day up to 3 weeks via the booking form. If you want to book for a longer period, then you are welcome to contact us.
What happens if I damage a bike?
Damages occurred during rental are paid solely by you the renter. We usually inspect the bike upon return; therefore, any damages ought to be reported on return
How old do I have to be so as to rent a bike?
You need to be at least 18 years old in order to rent a bike. If you are younger, then a parent or guardian must be present and responsible for signing the rental contract.
What time during the day can I rent a bike?

Are the saddles adjustable?
