ALL RIDING IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK

The age limit for renting a bicycle with us is 18 years of age. Maximum body-weight is 120 kg. Zero tolerance for cycling under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

A valid ID document must be shown right before the rental period commences. In case of delay upon returning the bicycle, a fee of 200 SEK/day is added.

 

The hirer is responsible for:

  • the rental object is locked correctly with the associated lock according to instructions.

  • returning the rental object in its initial condition as upon delivery. When returning the bike any possible damages must be immediately reported. Damages to the bike occurring during the rental period and requiring repair is paid by the hirer.

  • replacing the bicycle and/or other equipment, to their full value, in case of theft. Please check with your insurance company beforehand to see if they cover any theft or damage.

  • returning the helmet, bicycle lock and other accessories in the same condition as they were initially lent.

 

Cancellation and change of booking

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of SEK 75 per rental object (bicycle) plus 8% of the total order amount will apply.

Reservations for bike rental are binding and cannot be changed after the reservation has been made. It is therefore not possible to edit an existing reservation or change the date or bike type afterwards.


To cancel a booking, please use the cancellation link included in the order confirmation sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

GPS Tracking

Please note that certain bicycles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices for security and theft prevention purposes. In the event of suspected theft, loss, or unauthorized use, the GPS tracking system may be used to locate and recover the bicycle.

By renting a bicycle, the renter acknowledges and accepts the use of such tracking technology as part of the rental provider’s security measures.

Personal information

When booking in our booking system, we collect and process personal information from you in order to complete your booking. We collect your email, contact and address information and store them for as long as required so as to fulfill our agreement with you our customer as well as comply with applicable laws and regulations.
